We believe that all people have the basic right to exceptional dental care; thus, we have created an in-house membership program to offset rising healthcare costs and provide the assurance your dental needs will be met!

Is a Dental Membership Program an insurance plan?

No, our Dental Membership Program is not an insurance plan. The program is an alternative to insurance providing our patients with discounted prices on preventative care and dental procedures. Patients pay the discounted rate at the time services are provided.

How Much Does it Cost?

Families will receive an additional 5% savings on enrollment fees if enrolling at least four family members at the same time.

Dental Membership Program Guidelines

The Dental Membership Program is not insurance. The program is offered as an alternative to insurance.

Membership is for 1 year beginning on the enrollment date. Membership dues are payable in full upon enrollment and are non-refundable.

Membership will automatically renew on the anniversary date unless a written request to cancel is received 30 days prior to the renewal.

Payment is due at time of service.

It is the responsibility of the patient to schedule and keep all appointments. If unable to keep an appointment, patient must cancel 48 hours in advance.

Dental Membership Program benefits are not transferable to another dental practice or dental specialty practice.

Benefits cannot be combined with dental insurance or other discount plans, including disability or workman’s comp.

Fees for dental services may change at any time.
